Современные аспекты послеоперационного обезболивания (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены современные препараты и методики обеспечения многокомпонентной аналгезии в хирургических отделениях. Рассмотрены способы упреждающей аналгезии, которые позволяют снизить интенсивность послеоперационной боли и способствуют профилактике хронического послеоперационного болевого синдрома. Даны четкие указания по применению фармакологических средств (нестероидных воспалительных препаратов, габапентина, кетамина) и превентивной эпидуральной анестезии. Дана характеристика наркотических и ненаркотических анальгетиков, доступных к применению после операции, а также нефопама, флупиртина и габапентиноидов. Представлены результаты применения продленной эпидуральной аналгезии с использованием микроинфузионных эластомерных помп.
