We examined 113 healthy subjects aged 16–51 years. We conducted 24-hour Holter ECG in 12 leads to assess the daily dynamics of the duration of the PQ-interval in diff erent age groups. Proposed standard values for evaluating the minimum and maximum values of PQ-interval were calculated on a daily basis according to the age. A stable relationship in the circadian index of the PQ-interval is established independent of the patient’s age. A controversial relationship between the duration of the RR- and PQintervals is asserted. Refs 8. Tables 1. Figs 3.
