The paper discussed the features of diagnostics and surgical treatment with the use of minimally invasive
technologies rare disease polycystic liver. Application puncture treatment with sclerosants, made it possible to avoid the development of liver disease in 100 % of patients treated, the duration of follow-up was 24 years. Refs 14. Figs 2.
