Abstract

The paper presents the experience of using the technology of computer stabilometry with biologic feedback in the rehabilitation of patients with paraproteinemic polyneuropathy. In the process of observation of 16 patients with clinical manifestations of peripheral neuropathy associated with paraproteinemia, verified by neurological exam, electroneuromyography, and laboratory tests, demonstrated diagnostic and rehabilitation efficiency in the use of stabilometric systems in the evaluation of neurological deficit and the process restoring balance equilibrium, coordination of movements and sensitivity. Received a statistically significant improvement in the balance of equilibrium in the form of a lower coefficient of Romberg
from 670 to 295 % (p<0,05) on the background of drug therapy (neurometabolic drugs and vitamins) and a course of ten workout routines on stabiloplatform. In addition, the proven data on improvement of motor and sensory function in patients with paraproteinemic peripheral neuropathy at the end of rehabilitation technology computer stabilometry with biologic feedback was achieved.
