Современное представление об участии метаболических нарушений в кардиоренальных взаимоотношениях

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены последние данные об участии метаболических нарушений в кардиоренальных взаимоотношениях, современное понимание кардиоренального синдрома и его факторов риска, хорошо известных и малоизученных общих звеньев патогенеза почечных и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Особое внимание уделено таким факторам риска, как ожирение, дислипидемия, артериальная гипертензия, микроальбуминурия у пациентов с хронической болезнью почек и хронической сердечной недостаточностью. Определение ранних и достоверных предикторов кардиоренального синдрома среди метаболических нарушений крайне важно в связи с интенсивным ростом числа пациентов с данными нарушениями.
