Аннотация

В современном мире ожирение среди детей и подростков становится все более актуальной проблемой здравоохранения. Статистические данные последних лет свидетельствуют о значительном увеличении распространенности детского ожирения во всем мире, что требует незамедлительных мер профилактики и лечения. Авторы настоящего обзора акцентируют внимание на важности раннего вмешательства и адресной помощи. В основанной на анализе многочисленных исследований статье рассматриваются различные методы профилактики и лечения детского ожирения, включая программы правильного питания, повышение физической активности, а также роль семьи и школьной среды в формировании здорового образа жизни. Подчеркивается важность индивидуализированных диетических программ и психологической поддержки, которые способствуют более эффективному снижению индекса массы тела и улучшению общего состояния здоровья. Авторы обращают внимание на вклад фармакотерапии в комплексное лечение ожирения у детей, отмечая потенциал применения таких препаратов, как метформин и лираглутид, хотя и подчеркивают необходимость дальнейших исследований для оценки их долгосрочной безопасности и эффективности. Подчеркивается необходимость комплексного подхода к проблеме детского ожирения, включая интеграцию медицинских, психологических, образовательных и социальных стратегий, а также важность глобального и локального сотрудничества в разработке и внедрении программ профилактики и лечения ожирения среди детей.
